OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product due to fit or for any other reason you may return it (in its original condition, not washed or soiled with original tags and packaging) for an exchange from within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please note due to hygienic reasons we do not offer exchanges on g-strings.

Domestic exchanges are subject to a standard reshipping fee of $10. Please check with customer service about the fee for International exchanges. Exchanges must be made with the same Manufacturer (Brand) as the original purchase. The exchange must be made for an item of equal or greater value.

To initiate an exchange, please notify us via email from within 10 days from receipt of your item. We will reply to your email with instructions for the exchange. Please do not mail your item until you are given instructions.We do not reimburse return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost packages so please insure your package if you want to eliminate this risk

Returns

We do not accept returns. However, if an order was filled incorrectly or if you believe an item is defective, please notify us via email within 10 days of receipt of your item and we will ensure you receive the proper merchandise.

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at customerservice@allbrazilianbikini.com within FOUR hours of placing your order to cancel it free of charge.

However, if the merchandise has left the warehouse and was picked up by the carrier and en route to customer address, we cannot cancel the order.
